When will I receive my card?
Yes, no matter which course you sign up for, they all cover adult, child, and infant CPR, AED, and use of the AED machine.
We take payment when you come in for the class.
You will receive your card same day via email from The American Heart Association.
Is it a hard copy card or digital card?
All cards are now digital and will be sent directly to the email address provided when you took the course.
Are your certifications AHA approved?
What is the difference between the BLS course and the CPR/AED course?
Yes, all of the certifications are done through The American Heart Association.
The BLS course is for anyone working in the medical field. The CPR/AED course is for anyone else that is not considered a medical professional.
How long does my certification last?
All of the certifications are valid for 2 years.
Are the classes offered in any other language?
Yes, we also offer classes in Spanish by appointment.
Can you come to our location to teach a group class?
Yes, we can send an instructor out to your location as long as you meet our minimum. Please contact us for details.
I lost my card. Can you issue a replacement?
Will I receive a certificate if I take the Family & Friends course?
Yes, if you received a hard copy card rather than a digital card it will take 7-10 business days to receive the duplicate card. The cost for a duplicate is $25.
If you received a digital card, you should be able to access it via the AHA website by logging in to your account. Please see the link below for instructions.
No, the Family & Friends course is designed specifically for someone who is looking to learn CPR but does not need a certificate for work, school, or any other reason. If you would like a certificate, please sign up for either a Heartsaver course or BLS course.
